A year ago my back pain was so severe I couldn’t roll over in bed without waking up in pain, after an MRI showed nothing terrible and 2 months of PT, I saw improvement but no where near enough. I couldn’t live another 50 years like that. Through effective personal training with Bri my pain is much better. Lots of small steps and gradual adjustments have made me healthier and my life happier. I will never give up this training because I never will go back to where I was.

I met Christa at an athlete camp right before the age group semi-finals. Her gymnastics cues and drills were so helpful, I knew working 1:1 with Diverge Gymnastics was the next step to improve my limitations in gymnastics to progress in the sport of Crossfit. I was a gymnast for 14 years and ingrained movement patterns can be tough to break. Christa recognized these patterns in my bar muscle ups and since semi’s we have been working together to correct those patterns for Crossfit movement standards, we are developing my gymnastics specific strength, and we are creating better movement efficiency for muscle ups and butterfly chest to bars. I have made so much progress in the last 4 months and I’m looking forward to the continued progressions to improve my performance for the next competition season.
