INDIVIDUAL COACHING
This is coaching, not a program.
You’ll work one-on-one with an experienced coach who designs, monitors, and evolves your training as you progress. We don’t separate strength and endurance, we integrate them. The result: a stronger, faster, more capable athlete ready for anything from CrossFit to HYROX, DEKA, and beyond.

HYROX/DEKA TEST WEEK
This is a Free HYROX/DEKA test week designed to help you understand exactly where you are in your hybrid fitness journey.
You’ll complete structured benchmark tests across strength, conditioning, and functional capacity. Once finished, a coach will review your results and help you interpret them so you know your strengths and weaknesses and how to develop as an athlete.
