
Individual Coaching
This is for the athlete who wants it all. You will work one-on-one with a coach to reach your hybrid athlete goals. They will design your training, review your movement, and provide personalized feedback as you progress. This program will help you balance competing programs such as CrossFit and endurance, building strength while improving running, or training for hybrid racing such as HYROX and DEKA.

FREE HYROX/ DEKA
TEST WEEK
This is our Free HYROX/DEKA test week designed to help you understand exactly where you are in your hybrid fitness journey. You’ll complete structured benchmark tests across strength, conditioning, and functional capacity. Once finished, a coach will review your results and help you interpret them so you know your strengths and weaknesses, and we will give you a plan to be a hybrid athlete.
